About This Project

This is a new construction landscape installation in the Raindance development in Northern Colorado. The home was built on an aggressive hill, so we needed to give homeowners more practical space for them to enjoy. We installed custom concrete steps and a sidewalk with an oversize concrete patio for a future hot tub spa. We installed 6” on concrete for the patio with 4,000 psi concrete and re-enforced it with rebar and fiberglass fiber in the concrete.

Then we installed a sprinkler system and finished out the yard with decorative mountain granite rock and Cowboy Turf from Turf Masters. The homeowners were extremely happy, and we were recommended to the neighbors and ended up installing similar landscapes to the neighbors on the same block.
