About This Project

This was a beautiful new construction landscape installation in the Kechter Farm development in Fort Collins, Colorado. Homeowners opted for a practical concrete sidewalk and backyard patio.

A smooth transition to the patio was added so the homeowner could bring the lawnmower down without using the stairs. A water-efficient sprinkler system was installed to minimize water usage. EnviroTurf from TurfMaster LLC was installed, and decorative river rock was provided from Crystal Landscape Supplies.
