At Rolling Green, everything we do is
based on a simple principle: the outside of a home
is just as important as the inside. In other words,
your outdoor space should be an extension of your home. What
you do with your outdoor space is a critical element of first
impressions, and it's what you and your neighbors wake up
to every morning.
That's why we look upon landscaping as
exterior decorating - an opportunity to connect
the inside with the outside, to highlight the architecture
of a home, make a statement, create a refuge from an increasingly
stressful world.
Exterior decorating has all of the challenges
of interior decorating and more, and we meet those challenges
every day.
We factor the hopes, dreams, lifestyle
and budget of the client into every project. We analyze the
site and the home, and design so that the home and the outdoor
space complement each other. We also contemplate color, scale,
and texture. An outdoor environment must showcase the architecture
of the home...highlight its best features and bring out its
character.
Then, before submitting our soft and
hardscaping recommendations, we ask ourselves two final questions:
1) Will it look great throughout the seasons? and 2) given
proper care, will it stand the test time?
